As a professional solution-oriented coach, intuitive energy healer and mentor, it is my mission to help others become aware of their own subconscious patterns so that they can have better health, better relationships and experience more joy in their lives.

In my extensive study of NLP, Reiki and Hypnosis with some of the Masters such as Stephen Gilligan, Bill O'Hanlon, and Tim Hallbom , with an emphasis on our internal dialogue, I know that our emotional health is directly tied our thought patterns and how we think and feel about ourselves and in turn affects how we relate to others and experience the world in general.
